Completed in 2005 Dunluce is Te Anau's newest boutique Bed and Breakfast accommodation with panoramic lake and mountain views. Situated in a quiet location in Te Anau, Dunluce is a an architecturally designed home with a guest wing. All rooms have stunning views of Lake Te Anau and the surrounding mountains of Fiordland World Heritage National Park.

Situated in a quiet location in Te Anau, Dunluce is a an architecturally designed home with a guest wing. All rooms have stunning views of Lake Te Anau and the surrounding mountains of Fiordland World Heritage National Park.
About the Property:
Private wing which includes a guest dining room/lounge and 4 modern spacious rooms all with ensuites . Rooms all have full length glass doors opening to private decks which face lake and mountains. Rooms have king or twin beds with quality bedding, TV DVD books and magazines, heating, lounge chairs coffee table high speed internet connection. Ensuites are large and modern with tiled floor and walls. Modern style glass wall showers. Toiletries, quality towels, underfloor heating, mirror demisters, hair dryers. One room is larger and has a double spa bath. Full breakfasts served with extensive homemade buffet plus a choice of 3 cooked breakfast options. Coffee and tea available at all times .

With a permanent population of 3100 Te Anau is well serviced for visitors , offers a large variety of activities and is the closest town to iconic Milford Sound.
Fiordland is a World Heritage National Park with 1.2 million hectares of wild dramatic scenic splendour.
Drive 600 metres from the town on Milford Road , turn left into Howden Street then right into Aparima Drive. There is a sign on the stone pillars at the entrance to the driveway. A short walk will take you to the town centre to enjoy dining in one of the many fine restaurants
