When you exit the Rotorua airport turn left. Follow the main road north for approx. 3 minutes until you come to the sign posted highway junction to Whakatane. Here you will turn right. Travel just 400m down this road and you will see Brunswick Drive on your left. Turn left through the large brick entrance and follow Brunswick Drive for 1 km. Flemington Place is the third road on your right. Turn into Flemington Place and continue to the top of the hill. You will see a wooden water tank on your left. Accolades is the very next property.
