The Golf Course
Its obvious why Paradise Palms is regarded as one of Australias leading championship resort courses and is continually ranked among the best and most challenging – the reason is a combination of the sweeping fairways, snaking creeks, narrow undulating greens and 94 bunkers. The par 72 course measures 6,592 metres off the championship tees and its AGU rating of 76 offers the first clue as to the scale of the challenge that awaits the keen golfer.
The Restaurant and Bar
The Palms Restaurant and Bar overlooks the 9th and 18th greens and the courses beautifully manicured gardens. Executive Chef Chris Fagan offers a tantalising and diverse menu that will surprise. The a-la-carte menu features an emphasis on fresh, local produce and is changed regularly to reflect seasonal variations. Guests can dine in air-conditioned comfort on a backdrop of lush rolling fairways, tropical gardens, rainforest-clad mountain ranges and the Coral Sea … or can simply enjoy a drink on the Terrace and watch the golfers finish their rounds.
