About The Property:
There are three large ensuited bedrooms to choose from, with luxurious queen, king or super king split/twin beds, each with 100% pure Egyptian cotton linen. Soak in the antique claw foot bath in the bedroom of The Captain's Room. Rooms have direct dial phone, multi-channel TV, and DVD players.
The Palm Room, the most opulent, features a four poster king size bed, double spa bath, private ensuite with Italian marble tiles, multi-jet double size, curved shower and private gallery with sumptuous sun loungers. Perfect for honeymooners or that intimate romantic getaway. Lavish continental and cooked breakfasts, featuring fresh, produce, served alfresco, on the terrace, or in the separate guest dining area.

Property Location:
A gentle stroll leads you to central Picton shopping, cafés, restaurants, art galleries, waterfront activities, eco-cruises and bush walks. Central to Marlboroughs wineries and breathtaking waterfront scenery of the world famous Queen Charlotte Track.
From Blenheim airport gates turn right into Middle Renwick Road, then left into Jacksons Road, turn right into Rapaura Road. At Spring Creek stop sign turn Left. You are now heading North on Main Highway 1 toward Picton. Follow the main Road into Picton. You will see Waikawa Rd signposted. Turn right into Waikawa Road, keep going straight after the roundabout. After about 1.5km from the roundabout, turn right into Leicester St, McCormick House (number 21) is the third house up the hill on the right. Our driveway is almost on the next intersection. Drive around the huge old Black Beech tree and you should be able to park close to the house.
