Host Louise Kiely and her friendly team ensure guests spend their time as relaxed and privately as they wish or as energetically and entertained. The hotel is the perfect base to explore the Queenstown area which boasts myriad outdoor adventures such as skiing, jetboating, fishing, rafting and kayaking, cruises and nature walks. Golfers are welcomed and often join other guests on one of the spectacular Golf courses, Kelvin Heights and Millbrook being favourites.

To start the day, a deluxe breakfast menu is offered in the Queenstown House Lake View Dining-room or in the privacy of a guest room. Every evening guests are invited to a hosted complimentary pre-dinner get together to sample New Zealand wine, cheeses and seasonal treats, exchange experiences and share restaurant recommendations. While dinner is available on request, Queenstown house is close to town where guests will find a vast selection of bars and restaurants comparable with busy cosmopolitan centres.
