golden tussock and the spectacular Southern Alps mountains.

As you approach the main entrance you'll observe the arched antique wooden doors with their heavy metal hinges, reminiscent of a castle. The earth block exterior cladding and its imposing size reinforces this impression.

You'll enjoy the privacy and the comfort of your bedroom with the wonderful views of Lake Tekapo, the Southern Alps and the surrounding mountains.

A roomy guest lounge near the bedrooms has a genuine 'Kiwi' feel to it. A luxurious leather suite, low table set with a marble chess set, and on an antique sideboard, books to fill in quiet moments. With the fire lit and the television going you can relax after enjoying dinner, or, just sit and admire the wonderful views of Lake Tekapo and gather your thoughts before retiring for the night.
