Property Location:
Breckenridge Lodge is nestled in the picturesque valley of Omarunui. Its conveniently situated only minutes drive from Napier, Hastings, Taradale and the Napier Airport.

From Napier City get onto Kennedy Road and head towards Taradale. It takes approximately 15 minutes to get to Taradale from the centre of Napier. Kennedy Road changes into Gloucester Street. Stay on Gloucester Street, you will eventually come to the Taradale Town Clock roundabout. Drive straight through the round about, you will see a supermarket on your right, continue to the traffic lights at the intersection of Gloucester Street and Meeanee Roads. Go straight ahead at these lights and continue along Gloucester Street, you will eventually come to the end of the residential area, passing the Pettigrew Arena on your left and the Eastern Institute of Technology on your right just before the road bends left and takes you across a bridge. You are now in a rural setting. You will be at Breckenridge Lodge in about 5 minutes!

Continue on the same road which will take you through the middle of the Napier Golf Course at Waiohiki. Turn right at the next intersection, Omarunui Road. At this intersection there is a blue sign that says, To Breckenridge. About 800m from this intersection, turn left into Strome Road and then immediately right into Breckenridge Road. You will then come to Breckenridge Lane. Turn left into the lane and drive up the hill. The Lodge address is 1 Breckenridge Lane.
