Only 12 minutes from Rotorua city, Country Villa Luxury B&B is a Victorian style villa, built 1906 in Auckland and transported to Rotorua 90 Years later. Now completely renovated and restored, it is an excellent place for rest after a days sight-seeing.

With good old fashioned hospitality, a log fire in the guest lounge offers a cosy atmosphere on those cool evenings.

Soak up the country feeling on the Victorian Terrace with magnificent views over looking the lake and the city lights that glow in the evenings.
