About The Property:
Cascades at Koonya is one of the Tasman Peninsulas best kept secrets. You stay 150m from the water, have access to a private family museum and can explore other convict remains including a cell block and mess hall. There are 2 stunning bushwalks on the property. One that follows the waterfront to the site of the convict jetty and another that follows a convict trail into the rainforest to the ruins of the convict saw mill. This walk can also be done by horseback with our neighbours Sea View Horse riding.

Cascades Colonial Accommodation is located at Koonya, on the Tasman Peninsula. Travel from Hobart on the Arthur Highway (A9) for about 90 Km to Taranna. Turn right just past the Tasmanian Devil Park and take the Nubeena Rd (B37) for about 5 Km to Koonya. "Cascades" reception is the first house on the left after the bridge at Koonya.
